For over four decades Alfio Moriconi has been in the wine business, first as a retailer, and then as an importer. During his 20 years as a wine importer, he traveled extensively and frequently to Europe to discover the finest wine growers and select the finest wines. Alfio continues to be instrumental in searching out small, family-owned wine producers throughout Europe, with much of his focus on France and Italy. “Alfio Moriconi Selection” wines (each designated with an “Alfio Moriconi Selection” label) represent over 40 years of Alfio personally tasting through thousands of wines to select and present to you nothing but the finest.
